I have used Creative Roofing on several occasions. They applied a foam roof over my existing built-up roof over 17 years ago...and then a 're-coat' about 4 years ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the application and attention to detail.

I know 'flat' roofs can be troublesome without the proper slope to drain and adequate mil thickness, proper installation, and insulation. Mike with Creative Roofing is professional, easy to communiate with, responsive and knowledgable.

Curtis Boldman is one of the owners and he was easy to contact, friendly, professional, and always went beyond what he said the company would do. Creative Roofing was also friendly on the wallet. The intial deal was sealed when they provided a long term warranty to their work. I live in Glendale Az., and so far Creative Roofing is the best local business I have delt with in the last 5 years. Got several quotes 2 years ago for a new roof ranging from 12 to 30 grand. Curtis came in couple grand cheaper, but told me the roof was still mostly good and "had a little bit of life left" so I decided to wait. I called him back this year to get it done and the price had only gone up $600 which is not much considering how bad inflation has been these last 2 years. They are busy and run a few install teams so Curtis is busy and communication isn't always very fast, but they still got me on the schedule 7 days after I got the quote and it only took 4 and half days to do the new roof. Curtis is honest, low pressure, and offers a bargain.

Mike and Curtis were very friendly and helpful. Curtis helped get a small repair completed quickly and at a fair cost. He even came back a second day because I had the wrong color paint. The work looks very professional, clean and neat. He accomplished exactly what I needed, and didn’t require constant supervision. Glad to have found this company and will use when I need more work.
